What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is always listed at the top of our website. We do our absolute best to stick to that time frame and always let you know if there will be delays. Typically we have orders ready ahead of schedule. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of All The Buzz, all sales are final.

What if my monogram is incorrect?

While we strive for perfection at All The buzz, mistakes happen. If your monogram is incorrect, we will issue you a new item, without customization, or a refund. We will do our best to make it right! Customer satisfaction is our number one goal!

Can you rush my order?

Yes. We handle rush orders on an individual basis and always do our best to accommodate our customer's needs. Please contact us if you need an order more quickly than our turnaround time states.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping in the USA. If you're out of the country and would like something shipped, we do not offer this option at the moment.

 

Can I bring you my own items for you to embroider?

No, at this time we are not accepting customer provided items. We are happy to recommend other local monogrammers for you to use. Please contact us and we will give you their information.
